Amori & Yvonne are the chefs behind the Confit concept. They met in 2012 and have worked together on various restaurant projects ever since.
When they are not wearing their chef’s hats, these women love nothing more than a delicious Sunday lunch with family and friends. A table where they get to share their passion for food, flavour and wine with those they love.
It was around one of these Sunday-lunch tables that they came up with the idea for Confit. Conveniently frozen comfort food, prepared with wholesome ingredients and bold flavours.
